We built KibuGo on trust. Our refund policy is designed to be simple, automatic, and always fair to players.
Incomplete Groups
If a split-payment match is not fully funded before the game time, all participants receive an automatic and full refund — no questions asked, no delays.
Field Owner Cancels
If a field owner cancels a confirmed booking, players receive a full 100% refund immediately, processed directly to their MoMo or Airtel Money account.
You Cancel the Booking
Refunds for user-initiated cancellations are subject to the specific field owner's cancellation policy. Most owners require 24–48 hours notice for a full refund. Always check the field's policy before booking.
