KIBUGO TERMS
AND CONDITIONS.

Users must be 18 years of age or older, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the KibuGo platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

All bookings are subject to field availability and successful payment processing. A booking is only confirmed once full payment (or required split-payment contribution) has been received. KibuGo reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of technical error or fraud.

Group bookings are only confirmed when 100% funded by all participants. If a group is not fully funded before the match time, all participants receive an automatic and full refund. For individual cancellations, refund eligibility depends on the specific field owner's cancellation policy.

All users must adhere to the KibuGo Fair Play Charter. Harassment, abusive language, deliberate "No-Shows", or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account restrictions or permanent bans. KibuGo operates a community-trust rating system — treat every player with respect.

All transactions are processed securely via MTN MoMo or Airtel Money. KibuGo does not store sensitive payment credentials. Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before initiating a booking.

The KibuGo name, logo, and all platform content are the intellectual property of KibuGo Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

KibuGo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
